This policy explains how Inversiones 545 S.A.S. processes your personal data in MAI APP, in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015) and other Colombian data protection rules.

Account data: name, email address, language and password (stored in protected form, never in readable text).
Membership data: status, dates and payment references. Your card details are processed directly by the payment gateway; we do not store them.
Shop data, when you buy products: address and contact details for delivery.
Presale list data: name, email and your consent to be contacted.
Minimal technical data needed for the service to work and stay secure (for example, session cookies).
At this stage MAI APP does not request sensitive or health data. If a future feature required it, we will tell you and it will always be optional, with your express consent.
To create and manage your account and membership; to provide the service and give you access to the content; to manage charges, renewals and refunds; to ship the products you buy; to send you service notices (account confirmation, presale, launch, service changes); to handle your requests; to keep the service secure and prevent fraud; and to meet legal obligations.
We will only send you commercial or marketing communications if you authorise it, and you can withdraw that authorisation at any time.
By creating your account or joining the presale list you give your prior, express and informed authorisation to process your data for the purposes described. We keep a record of which version of this policy and of the Terms you accepted, and when.
Data of children and adolescents is processed only with the authorisation of their parent or legal guardian and with respect for the best interests of the minor. If you are a minor, your legal guardian must accept this policy on your behalf. If we detect a minor's data without that authorisation, we will delete it.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run the service and who process it on our instructions: infrastructure and database (Supabase), web hosting, email delivery (Resend), the payment gateway and, for shipping, carriers.
Some of these providers are in other countries, including the United States. By accepting this policy you authorise the international transmission and transfer of your data to them, under appropriate security measures.
As a data subject you may: know, update and correct your data; request proof of the authorisation you gave us; be informed of how we have used your data; file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce; revoke your authorisation and request deletion of your data when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it; and access it free of charge.
Write to soporte@centermai.com with your name and your account email. We answer queries within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days from receipt, extendable in the cases and terms the law allows.
We keep your data while you have an account and for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations and to handle claims. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it, such as encryption in transit and access control.
MAI APP uses technical cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
We may update this policy and will notify you when a change is significant. The current version always shows its date. Current version: 2026-10-17.
